Here is my answer for your questions: SWOT • Strengths: - Autonomy of investment capital: because the business is small, the amount of capital is not large, there is no need to borrow capital from outside, so the store can invest by itself. - No need rent for business premises: online business store so there is no need to rent business premises. - Easy to process: the way to make kimbap, tea is very simple, anyone can do it. Total revenue was 320 thousand VND. • Week 2: - 08/11/2019: sold 7 products, the turnover was 155 thousand VND. - 09/11/2019: sold 18 products, the turnover was 415 thousand VND. Total revenue was 570 thousand VND. • Total revenue 2 weeks was 890 thousand VND. • Total cost was 363 thousand VND. • Total profit was 527 thousand VND. Advantage: - Coconut sticky rice is a novel product, so it's easy to sell - The price is suitable with students to buy - Always have place to cook - Have a lot of feedback from customers. Disadvantage: - We have to cook sticky rice from the previous night to cool and then wake up the next morning to heat again; If we overslept, sticky rice will be hard and not delicious - Can't ship on time because there aren't enough people - Feel tired because we have to stay up too late to cook sticky rice and have to wake up early the next day, not enough sleep. We contacted to other suppliers at Lo Duc, that make us have enough inventory in the day have a lot of oder. Time schedule: After doing 2 weeks, we realize that at the morning and the afternoon we dont have the oder, the oder starts having from 4pm - 10 pm. We have to change the time to work in projects.

My project is sticky rice. _ In this project I feel it has some advantages as follows: Regarding the target customers: I select VNUA students and surrounding people to sell. About selling strategy: + Selling method: Currently, I am still a student without much capital, so I cannot open a store. Because, I sell sticky rice mainly in the morning for students going to school, but the location of the breakfast bar around the school area is a lot. After 2 weeks of selling sticky rice, I found it very effective to sell online. No advertising costs, site costs, .. + Current weather conditions is an advantage not to be missed: It starts to get cold every morning. And students love to eat something hot and have enough energy for a day of work. And sticky rice is what students need. + Be proactive how much your customers buy so they do not suffer a loss. _ Besides, there are disadvantages: (after 2 weeks of sales). + Because students go to school and work a lot in the morning, they often book sticky notes with the same time frame. But besides that there are still some shortcomings: + Unable to manage a reasonable time such as: Shiping is difficult when there are many orders at the same time only 2 shipers. Next week will try to increase to 3 shipers to subdivision. Thus, all customers can receive goods at the same time. + Current potential customers are few. Customers mainly focus on sticky rice and coconut sticky corn. Not paying much attention to egg sticky rice, sausage sticky rice, egg sausage sticky rice. Disadvantage: Because I decide to work alone, so I want to mention about the disadvantages I have been meet in the first. – Lack of human resources. Process to make a completed cake has many steps and it spend a lot of time to complete ech step. – Limited time: (for buyer) because of the first reason I mentioned below, if buyer want to buy a cake, they need to order at least one day before. – High material costs: Most of ingredient are cream, milk, chocolate and cheese and they are very expensive and hard to buy (sometimes, I have to go to urban Hanoi to buy all of them). Because of input sources is too specific, it also narrow my market scope when I can not use the big market near me (VNUA students). 2.
